About the SC/ST Committee

Ensuring a discrimination-free, inclusive, and empowering environment for all.

The SC/ST Committee (Cell) of the College has been constituted in accordance with the guidelines of the University Grants Commission (UGC) and the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. The primary objective of the Committee is to ensure a safe and secure environment for students and staff belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes. The Cell works proactively to prevent caste-based discrimination, promote equal opportunities, and assist students in availing various government scholarships and academic facilities.
Any complaint regarding caste-based discrimination or harassment can be made in writing to the Principal / Nodal Officer, or directly via email at support@millatcollegedarbhanga.in.
