About the Staff Grievance Committee

A formal, transparent, and time-bound mechanism to ensure a supportive workplace for all staff members.

To address and redress the grievances of teaching and non-teaching staff, a Staff Grievance Redressal Committee has been established in accordance with the regulatory guidelines of the University Grants Commission (UGC) and relevant statutory bodies. The primary objective of the Committee is to resolve grievances related to service conditions, administrative policies, and workplace environment within a stipulated time frame. The college is strictly committed to fostering a harmonious, safe, and professional work culture, ensuring that every faculty and staff member feels valued, respected, and heard.
